Director states she was told she needed an additional 17 hours of training to renew her credential, and she has completed a 20 hour training on CECPD. Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless the requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times.The two year old classroom had 11 two year olds with 1 staff upon arrival. Moved 3 two year olds to the three and older class making it a two and older class with 17 children and 2 staff, with 3 two year olds. The two year old class now has 8 two year olds with one staff. Director states she will pay better attention and make sure all classrooms are in ratio at all times. She will make rounds to each classroom every hour, and will speak to staff about them making sure they are in ratio at all times as well and bring it to her attention if they become out of ratio and need to move children. 05/18/2022Yes
