The program is required to maintain ratios at all times.SERIOUS: Staff/child ratio - Program was understaffed, out of ratio, and group size in the infant classroom Discussed staff being on time for their shifts at staff meeting. Infant staff is scheduled 30 minutes earlier than usual. Staff members have been trained and signed a copy of policy that if a child comes in that would put them over ratio they are to redirect that parent to the office. Effective date 6/23/19. They are not to be standing behind the counter unless serving snack. We will take a TA (technical assistance) training through Resource and Referral on supervision.
