As soon as children are found to be soiled, they are changed as soon as possible. Staff has been told that if assistance is needed, they are to ask for help immediately, so that no child is left in soiled clothes for extended time. If this issue continues to happen, the staff will be given verbal warning, 2nd time is a verbal written & the 3rd is a written warning, after this will be suspended.
